Addressing Health Disparities in Southeast Mississippi

Overview

The goal of Addressing Health Disparities in Southeast Mississippi is to identify health conditions in Covington, Forrest, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Hancock, Greene, Lamar, Marion, Pearl River, and Perry counties and determine the frequency of treatment received for the condition. The project also identifies the individual’s attitude toward the condition and treatment.  The ultimate goal of the initiative is to work to reduce health disparities in Southeast Mississippi.
