Overview

Integrated Community Action Now (I-CAN), a county-wide initiative, is increasing resource coordination between community partners, providing individualized case management techniques, and tracking family-level changes.

The three goals of the initiative are:

Children have a healthy start in their lives,
Educational results improve as children reach key benchmarks in their development, and
Families build assets for their children’s future.
